Autonomous Customer Support Agent with Multi-KB RAG, Web Search Fallback and Human Escalation (Advanced)

A 50-node production-grade customer support agent that handles inbound support requests end-to-end. It validates and sanitises incoming requests, queries multiple knowledge bases, falls back to web search when the KB returns no result, routes answers by confidence score, and escalates to a human agent when needed (all asynchronously).
