Project "Next" serves as a comprehensive strategic blueprint for transitioning Distinct AI from its fragmented, legacy foundations into a more robust technical and operational ecosystem.

[Think technical debt and outdated workflows.]

My focus is to work with leadership to outline a multi-phased strategy and roadmap. This covers product offerings, monetization strategies to design system planning.

Our aim is to harmonise the user experience across standalone applications and plugins by integrating UX/UI standards and agile methodologies to signal a strong brand evolution to investors and partners.

Nothing excites team members and investors more than a visualization that captures everybody's abtractions.

The difference between a concept illustration like the one shown above and "empty words" is we've actually built and shipped it

A design and development goal of "Next" products is to evoke a sense of newness for the Distinct AI brand. I evolved the design language to focus on tightening details, refinement, and consistency. It was an exercise involving our entire product portfolio, market material, investor decks, etc.

We recognized that we couldn't rebuild our entire codebase all at once, so we phased-out our releases balancing risk/reward, goals, design and development priorities, "shareable" code/design, and so forth.

As we focused on shareable and scalable code/design, we looked at building a design system to integrate the design-to-development workflow. The prospect of scalability opened up conversations of building new products to address user/market needs
