Experience Design
We're a small team. In order to become more scalable and adaptive, a goal of mine is to leverage the modular "building blocks" developed during the previous "Next" phase to streamline our operations from vision to strategy to roadmap and to market.
This involves a components library that enables the "plug and play" assembly of widgets, features, and full applications, serving as both an operational catalyst and a potential revenue generator.

Gap: Feature interoperability is currently limited. More deliberate product portfolio planning could maximize the ROI of each feature. The focus is on identifying common needs across existing products, then building features that address those needs while enabling future offerings.
Opportunity: The premise of "plug and play" is to build features:
1. That can independently solve a problem, deliver value, and be shipped on their own.
2. That can be combined into new apps, widgets, or feature sets to create additional offerings.
Evolving Vision
Upcoming Eras
"Legacy," "Next," and "Redux" define the eras of Distinct AI. Each represents a step-function improvement in technology, operations, and product offerings, unlocking greater scalability, adaptability, and new possibilities.
Whether the "plug-and-play" vision pans out exactly or not, having a north star to guide the team is what matters most. Ideas evolve, and a vision is no different as conditions and variables change.
